3 Ingredient Banana Cookies

If you’re a novice in the kitchen, build up your confidence with a simple recipe like this.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup mashed banana (approx. 3 medium sized bananas)
  • ⅓ cup peanut butter

Instructions 

  1. Line a baking sheet with a parchment paper alternative.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the peanut butter and mashed bananas together.
  3. Add in the rolled oats and mix until well combined.
  4. Scoop the dough into golf ball sized balls, and flatten them onto the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until nicely browned.
  6. Allow cool for at least 5 minutes before eating.

Optional Ingredients for Additional Flavor 

  • ⅓ cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ⅓ cup blueberries
