Looking for a way to make a delicious weekend brunch at home? Or just want to jazz up your weekday breakfast? Try this vegan waffle recipe! We'll show you how to make fluffy vegan waffles so you can enjoy a tasty plant-based treat whenever you want.
Waffles are one of the best comfort food out there, and with so many different toppings to choose from, you can truly make them your own. You can eat them for breakfast, brunch, as a snack, dessert, or even for dinner. There are so many different recipes out there, for both savory and sweet waffles. We’ll show you a sweet vegan waffle recipe, though you could easily make it savory by omitting the cinnamon and sugar.
In order to make this recipe, or any other waffle recipe, you’ll need a waffle iron. If you don’t already have one, it’s worth buying a ceramic one, like the Presto Ceramic Waffle Iron (available on Amazon**). This helps avoid nasty PFAS used in non-stick cookware.
