- 1 cup of pumpkin seeds, cleaned

- 1½ tsp kosher salt
Instructions:
- Bring salted water to a boil in a small pot. Add the cleaned pumpkin seeds and simmer for about ten minutes. Drain well.
- Spread the pumpkin seeds out on a baking sheet and allow them to dry for a few hours. If the seeds are too wet when they go into the oven, they won’t get crunchy!
